David Rockford
Vice President of Physical Security Technology

"Managing employees today is more challenging than ever before. Today's employee brings a totally new set of expectations, needs, and issues. Human Resources present the greatest challenge of all. Many crises are due to human error. Therefore, even employing the best screening methods no one can predict who will make the error that could result in a crisis.   However, an effective plan with all the appropriate preventative measures, contingencies and specific training can reduce the possibility of an employee-induced crisis."
